Description
The shelter-in-place advisory issued for a southern Indiana county following a Saturday afternoon chemical fire has been lifted, but now officials are investigating the environmental and community impact.
According to a release from the Ohio Township Fire Department, around 2:40 p.m. on Sept. 6, firefighters were called to a structure fire at PBTT Corp. located at 5622 Vann Road, just northeast of the town of Newburgh in Warrick County.
