Indianapolis native Mike Epps will host a free concert event at Washington Park. It's the second year for the annual Free Community Concert, a family-friendly event. It begins at noon Saturday, Sept. 6 in the park, 3130 E. 30th St. There will be vendors, food and live performances, plus a focus on mental health.
