Two people have been arrested after a shooting in downtown Indianapolis left a man in critical condition. According to IMPD, around 8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, officers responded to a report of a person shot at an apartment complex in the 900 block of Fort Wayne Avenue, near East 10th and North East streets. When officers arrived on scene, they said they found a man shot. He was taken to a local hospital in critical condition.
