With 76,140 pounds of narcotics collected, the U.S. Coast Guard recovered the largest amount of drugs in its history.
Coast Guard Cutter Hamilton's crew offloaded the drugs Monday in Port Everglades, with roughly 61,740 pounds of cocaine and 14,400 pounds of marijuana collected.
In total, the drugs have an estimated value of $473 million.
