Elanco is moving forward with a $100 million plan to build its new headquarters in Indianapolis.
On Monday, Aug. 25, Indiana Gov. Mike Braun announced the state had sold the old GM Stamping Plant on the southwest side of Indy to Elanco for $27 million.
Elanco, a former subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, specializes in veterinary medicine. In 2020, the company announced its plan to build a new headquarters at the GM site, with help from the state and the city of Indianapolis.
