Police are investigating after four people were shot on the near northeast side of Indianapolis early Saturday morning. According to IMPD, around 3:30 a.m. Aug. 16, officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 3100 block of Brouse Avenue, near North Keystone Avenue and East 30th Street. When officers arrived on scene, they said they found three people shot. Shortly after, police said a fourth victim walked into Community East Hospital.
