Description
Former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard just released a new book "Urban Republican Mayor, My Story."
Ballard was elected the 48th mayor of Indianapolis in 2007 and served two terms.
During his tenure, Indianapolis hosted SUPER BOWL XLVI, and Indiana passed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) under then-Governor Mike Pence.
In this conversation with WTHR anchor Anne Marie Tiernon, Ballard shares his motivation for writing the book and weighs in on the political divide facing our nation now, including Congressional redistricting.
