First responders in Carmel are bringing attention to what they describe as a "noticeable uptick" in emergency calls involving children.
"Especially first thing in the morning, we are seeing runs where we get called out for anxiety, jitters, high heart rate," said Tim Griffin with the Carmel Fire Department.
The culprit? Too much caffeine and powerful energy drinks, according to Griffin.
