A former IMPD officer was sentenced to two decades in prison for charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. Paul Humphrey, who served on the department for 24 years, pleaded guilty last month to nine felony charges including sexual misconduct with a minor under the age of 16. A judge sentenced him Friday, Aug. 8 to 22 years, with 20 to be served with the Indiana Department of Correction and two years on sex offender probation.
