A convicted sex offender has been arrested after being on the run for the past eight years, according to the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office. David Anthony Jaramillo, 38, was taken into custody Aug. 23 in Leon, Mexico, by the FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, the sheriff's office said.
