Description
Visitors tuck into a 30 metre long Stollen, a traditional German fruit bread, at the Humboldt Forum Christmas market in Berlin. The Christmas treat was made from over 50 kilograms of flour and 6 kilograms each of raisins, almonds, candied orange and lemon peel. Made up of several pieces, baker Andreas Rösler had to enlist help from his friends to put the Stollen together. "It took me almost ten hours," explains Rösler, "and I baked it all by myself."
