"I'm hoping that with this judgement, the people in the future won't be subjected to those kinds of tactics," says Irish comedy writer Graham Linehan after a judge cleared him of harassing a transgender activist on social media. Speaking to journalists outside Westminster Magistrate's Court in London, Linehan says "the judge found me and the women who gave evidence on my behalf to be credible, honest witnesses and said that my actions were not criminal and did not constitute harassment." The writer was found guilty of damaging the complainant's phone. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
