Rapper Waka Flocka, his brother and one person who was not with Waka Flocka and his entourage have all been detained after a shooting in east Charlotte. They are not under arrest at this point. Police say there was a shootout outside the Car Stereo Warehouse, located on Independence Boulevard between Coliseum Drive and Eastway Drive.
