What Kings Mountain Police say they uncovered while investigating a home is something even neighbors around for decades had never heard of. According to court documents, 57-year-old David Wolfington locked two children in a basement without adequate food or water. He's accused of raping one of the victims, a 15-year-old girl, and keeping her for sexual servitude. 38-year-old Loretta Wolfington was charged with several counts of aiding and abetting in the crimes.
