It was a car accident that took place on 24th August, 2003 @ 12:49 - in the Virginia Beach, VA area. The accident involved Wendy Callahan and Scott Lotan who were leaving their engagement party. As well as Scott’s mother, Helen Lotan. Helen and Wendy both died. The driver that killed them is called Joshua Meads.
