 14        Lawmakers are looking to improve reading in south carolina students.      Members of both houses have introduced what's called the "read to succeed act" which would require more training for educators.      It also would retain third grade students who don't perform well in reading.      State representative bakari sellers says the bill needs some work but the overall mission is to help students.
