Description
Houston woman – Julie DeRossi- who was killed in a fatal car crash on 59 south. The crash happened on March 17, 2004 in the early morning hours. She was hit from behind by a drunk driver going 117 mph. She was driving a Volvo and it’s my understanding she lost the back half of her car.
